Reactions to Death are varied, ranging from simple condolences to expansive memorials. Player deaths are a significant event and can result in strong emotional and symbolic responses from friends, teammates and the wider server community.
Chat Reactions
Deaths are announced in chat and accompanied by the sound of thunder. By far the most common responses to death messages are 'F' and 'RIP', with a combined sum of over 16,000 reactions. 'F' is marginally more popular than 'RIP', making up 54% of reactions.
