Umgoianoqualquer (also known as “Goiano”) began as a member of a group called Guerreiros do Fim. Due to his friendliness and reliability, he was appointed to the position of diplomat of that group (alongside Valentin3832), with the purpose of visiting other groups and forming alliances. Thus, he came into contact with the kingdom of Mellenor, which eventually became an ally of the Guerreiros do Fim.

Some time later, with the dissolution of the Guerreiros do Fim due to a lack of leadership and internal betrayals, many of its former members joined Mellenor. Among them was Goiano.

Goiano, because of his charisma and friendliness, soon became one of the most beloved members of Mellenor, helping with many constructions throughout the Kingdom, including the famous Cruz do Goiano (Goiano's Cross), which became a symbol of Montecruz.

The arrival of the Assassin

(whose name will not be revealed so as not to grant him any merit).

With the massive influx of Brazilian players and the growth of Mellenor, many of these players began joining the Kingdom. Among them was a player newly arrived on the server. This player became quite active in the chat, communicating in both English and Portuguese, always in a friendly manner. This drew the attention of MrNiquitos, the leader of Mellenor at the time, who went to assist him at Spawn, bringing some basic survival resources.

Upon meeting, they spoke for quite some time. MrNiquitos shared his history and experience on the server and how to survive. Also spoke about Brazilian groups such as Mellenor.

Initially very reluctant to bring him to his Kingdom, after nearly an hour of conversation he agreed to provide the base coordinates. Shortly thereafter, MrNiquitos stepped away from the game.

Thus, the Assassin settled in Mellenor and began building his house, remaining very active in the chat.

First Victim

Inside the house he was building, he created a trap using stairs, pistons, and water, which killed quickly by suffocation. His first victim was Junior_Saraiva, a player who had only recently joined Mellenor. The Assassin invited him to see his house, asking him to follow him to the basement, where he fell into the trap and was killed.

After his death, Junior_Saraiva commented on Discord that he had been betrayed and killed by the new player. However, as no other member of Mellenor was online at that moment, no one saw his messages.

Hours later, with Goiano and FaelGarcia online, the Assassin once again attempted to lure another victim into his trap. This time, he invited FaelGarcia to help finish building his house. However, being very busy constructing his own base, FaelGarcia said he would go later.

Goiano, reading the chat and seeing that the newcomer needed help, promptly offered to assist him. Hours earlier, Goiano had already spoken with the newcomer and helped him greatly, donating totems, diamonds, and enchantments.

Unfortunately, at that moment Goiano fell into the trap. Even with full netherite armor, Protection IV, and totems, he was not able to survive for more than a few seconds.

The death of Goiano caused immediate commotion among all members of Mellenor, who quickly learned that it had been a trap created by the newcomer.

The Assassin attempted to feign ignorance about the trap and immediately left the game.

Revenge

Shaken by Goiano’s death, many players from Mellenor logged onto the server seeking to understand what had happened, dismantle the trap, and avenge his death. LelecoHacked managed to disable the trap, go to the location where the Assassin had logged out, and wait for his return. When he came back, he was quickly killed by end crystals.

Repercussions

The death of Goiano generated a profound sense of sadness in everyone who knew him, from the closest members of Mellenor to former members of the Guerreiros do Fim.

Internal disagreements also arose, such as FaelGarcia accusing MrNiquitos of bringing players who were too new into the Kingdom. This ultimately led to the creation of a new rule: only players with more than 24 hours of playtime could be invited.

At the exact location of Goiano’s death, MrNiquitos built a chapel in his memory, where he wrote a small book briefly recounting his story, so that he would never be forgotten.
