The Valley was a mountain town founded by LazarFish0226 that served as the industrial center for the Legion of Concordia. Because of its importance in supplying the Legion and its allies, it was only made available to Praefectus, trusted Primus, and high-ranking members of the Order of the Sanctum. The Valley contained farms for ghast tears, gold, iron, gunpowder, wood, totems, cobblestone, wither roses, sniffers, and more supplies that were essential to Legion operations in sister cities (Haven and Zenith) and their charity work.
Founding
After a previous Legion base was leaked, LazarFish0226 and his friends[1] chose to move their operations to an old base owned by BloodyOrphan, a long-time ally. While LazarFish0226 and his friends focused on the technical aspects of the base, BloodyOrphan and Legion member, AppleSnicket, focused on the aesthetic aspects. Before construction could be completed, both LazarFish0226 and GrizzlyBear654 died in the same night, causing members like Stahoven to consider quitting the server altogether. Because of this, progression almost completely halted.
Construction resumed with the arrival of a Legion member and trusted friend, Yendore, who also invited Steepboots12 to work on the project. Together, they both continued the construction of the Valley with the remaining Legion members that had worked on it previously. When Yendore died, Stahoven became permanently inactive and Steepboots12 built a crypt in his honor.
Leadership
During the town's construction, there was no strict leadership. However, when the Legion of Concordia was reformed with Huntress1301 and CapnLightning as joint Legatus, Huntress1301 assumed governance of the Valley and lived there until its destruction.
Notable Landmarks
Being the homes of many deceased Legion members, the town had multiple historical landmarks that held significance to living Legion members. This includes Yendore's Crypt, where Yendore's armor and head were laid to rest; Pfry3000's Dragon, which houses a dragon egg and the armor of deceased Legion members; and a memorial to SquirrelMC constructed by BloodyOrphan that depicts a massive squirrel on an island holding a dirt block, immortalizing SquirrelMC's final words for the remainder of the Valley's existence.
The Valley was also the home to Pannekoek15NL's factory, where he produced Panne-Kits on a larger scale to assist grames. After the destruction of the Valley, Pannekoek15NL rebuilt his factory in an undisclosed location far away from any centralized town.
Embassy
The Valley was, at the time, the only town on the server to have an embassy with another group, the Order of the Sanctum. This embassy carried a copy of the original Pact of Concordia, signed by both TheCosmicalKing and LazarFish0226. The physical building, constructed by BloodyOrphan, had a stonework exterior with an end-block interior.
