LC News, also known as LH News and Legendary Chronicles, was an organisation producing weekly news reports between August and September 2025.
History
LC News was founded by Yeetmaker_ in late August 2025, alongside co-reporter Not_A_Griefer. The organisation's first issue was published on the 22nd of August 2025, and proved popular among the community. Reports were sold at several huts around the Spawn Region for two diamonds, and a delivery service to locations within 10,000 blocks of Spawn was also established.
Newspapers produced by LC News became the most widely read and well-known on the server, establishing themselves as the leading works in the newspaper category among server books.
On August 21, 2025, via Discord, Yeetmaker_ made a statement regarding the launch of the LC News newspaper. The following is a transcript of the speech:
Hello everyone, this is LC news! I am excited to announce that me and my reporter will be producing weekly news reports. Even better is we will be employing newer players to deliver them to places within a 10,000 block radius of spawn! We will have to charge a subscription fee of 2 diamonds per delivery but that means the new players will get a diamond per news report they deliver, which can help them in their Legendary Hardcore journey. As new players tend to be quite vulnerable, we will be providing food and safe methods of delivery for the employees. I hope LC news interests you all!
The first newspaper, written with the participation of Not_A_Griefer and released on August 22, 2025, covered as its main topics the death of the well-known player SquirrelMC and the fateful event known as The Longest Day.
