Pentágono (also known as Penta) began as a farming complex linked to Porto Seguro and later became the community's main base after Porto Seguro was destroyed. Pentágono was founded around August 28, 2025, by the most trusted members of Porto Seguro.

Context

When the city of Porto Seguro was at its peak during the second half of 2025, with dozens of active members, some logistical problems emerged:

1 - Porto Seguro's location had become well known to many players on the server and was also relatively close to Spawn, which had originally been necessary because its purpose was to welcome new players;

2 - The most active and trusted members of Porto Seguro wanted a more private location where they could share resources without interference from outsiders;

3 - There was a desire to build larger and more efficient farms, which could not realistically be constructed near Porto Seguro due to its proximity to Spawn and the constant risk of griefing.

During this period, for example, an attempt was made to build a gold farm near Porto Seguro. However, after only a few weeks of operation, it was griefed and rendered unusable. This served as a warning that any large-scale farm built near Porto Seguro would inevitably become an easy target.

Foundation

During the first half of August 2025, primarily led by VeyK and TheInefavel, a project was proposed to build a remote base containing a lot of farms, serving as a production and storage center for Porto Seguro. As the project evolved, especially after Truy1 joined, the vision expanded into creating a massive base featuring every farm in the game, all built using the largest and most efficient designs possible.

Initially, only Porto Seguro's most trusted members were invited to join the project. The founding members were VeyK, TheInefavel, Truy1, Ravxss, Spark_03, Salefranguito, and MrNiquitos.

Philosophy

Any farm could be built in Pentágono, with only one requirement: it had to be the best and most efficient design available.

Name Origin

The base was named by Truy1. According to him:

When I found this place and you all decided to build here, then came over to scout it out, there were five people in the call planning everything together: VeyK, me, TheInefavel, Ravxss, and Spark.

I thought: "Well, there are five of us. Penta means five." Then I remembered the Pentagon in the United States, which is a highly restricted and secure place. That was exactly the idea behind this location.

So I suggested building a pentagon in the center, creating an automatic storage system, and naming the base "Pentágono".

Architecture

Originally, mainly through the efforts of Truy1, the plan was to build a megabase centered around a massive pentagon-shaped automatic storage system. However, the idea was abandoned early after receiving criticism regarding its appearance.

The concept of constructing a massive automatic storage system continued to be developed until Truy1's death, after which the project was permanently abandoned.

Ultimately, the base adopted a medieval architectural style reminiscent of Porto Seguro.

Its greatest architectural landmark was FelOdisseus' castle, which remained unfinished despite months of construction. The majority of the base's decorative work was carried out by .DiplexMold2023, while most of the other members focused primarily on the functionality and efficiency of the base.

Early Development

Some members of Pentágono.

The chosen location was a mushroom island located a considerable distance from Spawn. Within only a few days, thanks to the dedication of its members, many farms had already been completed.

However, the project also suffered several early losses: Ravxss died just as construction of Pentágono began, followed shortly afterward by the deaths of other well-known Porto Seguro members, including Nixxiiy, Lucflow, and TheOufa.

Another notable death was that of riquepauli. Believing that Porto Seguro would be abandoned following the construction of the new base, and after spending dozens of hours building his large castle and numerous other structures there, he decided that he would rather end his journey on the server than abandon Porto Seguro. As a result of this misunderstanding, he intentionally jumped into lava, ending his run.

The incident had lasting consequences. Riquepauli died in an unidentified cave somewhere near Porto Seguro, making the recovery of his player head nearly impossible. In an attempt to locate the cave, TheInefavel unfortunately resorted to using X-Ray and was subsequently banned for violating the server's rules. The ban of one of the project's founders and main supporters reduced the motivation of the remaining members. The project continued, but at a slower pace.

Over time, more players joined the project, including Jeighcke, NoobDeGuerra, Osolvaiexplodir, KaBezinho, Mindurin, and Devanei0.

The Farm Phase

The project's first major stage focused almost entirely on the rapid construction of farms, beginning with simpler ones and eventually progressing to gold farms, wither skeleton farms, and massive gunpowder farms capable of supplying dozens of Pentágono residents.

This was Pentágono's busiest and most productive period, with a large number of players working together every day to construct new farms.

As time went on, however, the project suffered major setbacks due to the deaths of important members, particularly Mindurin and Devanei0, the latter having become one of the project's strongest supporters. These losses greatly reduced motivation, and development gradually slowed.

The Maintenance Phase

Once most of the game's essential farms had been completed, attention shifted toward maintaining the base and improving its appearance.

During this period, NoobDeGuerra proposed constructing giant pixel art versions of some members' skins. The completed pixel arts represented NoobDeGuerra, VeyK and FelOdisseus.

It was also during this phase that players such as.DiplexMold2023 and FelOdisseus joined the project. They became primarily responsible for reorganizing the base's storage systems and expanding its decorative elements.

Later Stages

Over time, the base became increasingly inactive as many of its original members had either died or stopped playing.

The "Spanish Base" waypoint name caused almost as much outrage as the destruction itself.

Several remaining members, such as Salefranguito and MrNiquitos, continued using Pentágono mainly as a resupply point, although Salefranguito also maintained a personal base on a floating island within the area. By this point, the only permanent residents were .DiplexMold2023 and FelOdisseus. Unfortunately, .DiplexMold2023 later died while living in Pentágono after an accident involving a totem farm.

The final player invited to join Pentágono was Figigni, who made significant improvements to several farms, most notably the gold farm.

Around this time, especially after Salefranguito's death, a number of players somehow managed to locate the base. Among them was Bolb_'s alt, ShorterSeal. Later, Denser_I also discovered the base and was likewise suspected of being another Bolb_ alternate account, as he managed to locate a base situated a considerable distance from Spawn, without Nether roof portals, in fewer than 30 hours of playtime.

Eventually, possibly due to an internal leak of the coordinates, other players, including Burguser, also discovered the base and began using its farms.

Destruction

Following an earlier conflict between VeyK and Burguser, Pentágono suffered its first major destruction on July 6, 2026. Part of the base was destroyed, including the gold farm, and the PixelArts were also blown up. A few days later, following Burguser's death, 1590283112 retaliated by destroying Pentágono using TNT machines, with its final destruction taking place on July 15, 2026. Afterward, the base's coordinates were leaked.
