The Nightmare of Death is a curious phenomenon reported by many experienced and some new Legendary Hardcore players. It usually occurs mainly with players who have a frequent presence on the server, a large amount of hours played, or who have developed a strong concern about the possibility of dying on the server.
The Nightmare
The event basically consists of the player having a nightmare in which they die inside Legendary Hardcore.
During the dream, death can happen in different ways, depending on the player and their experiences on the server.
Since death in Legendary Hardcore represents the definitive loss of progress, buildings, items, and all the history created during that lifetime, the possibility of losing everything can remain in the player's mind even after they exit the game.
