Cimon is an experimental faction inspired by Nomic. It was created by Natonite, who despite being one of the founders is not part of the group, only taking the role of the person running the polls, as well as declaring their results.
About
Cimon is an experimental political faction that is governed entirely by the daily vote of its members. Cimon has no fixed structure, no permanent roles and no permanent leader. Everything that exists in Cimon exists because its citizens voted for it.
Each day, Cimonians have the opportunity to put forward and show support for proposals, with the highest voted proposal going to poll. If the poll passes with a majority, the proposal is enacted or codified in the constitution. Almost anything can be proposed by Cimonians- inviting players to join Cimon, adding or amending rules to the faction, electing members to specific roles, establishing alliances and choosing where to pool resources. Anything that has been proposed can later be undone, with the exception of the foundational first laws.
