Bolb___ (a.k.a. 01838, clynck, ShorterSeal, C0NN3CT3D, Santiagogmz) is best known for repeatedly breaking the server’s strict “no alt accounts” rule — so often, in fact, that it has become part of the lore and a long-running meme.

We are Bolb. Assimilate.

The most common phrase, “We are Bolb”, often accompanied by a GIF of a Borg from the Star Trek universe, is frequently quoted by the community in the context of alting jokes.

Legend has it that everyone on the server is a Bolb alt. While this is almost certainly an exaggeration, there is likely a Bolb playing on the server right now. It might be your enemy. It might be your teammate. You’ll never know—until he’s caught, and a new one rises from the ashes of those before him.

History

Bolb___

The first grandBolb joined the server on 27 June 2025, immediately heading to the ++ quadrant to establish a base roughly 20k blocks out in both directions. While transporting a villager in a boat, a creeper prematurely ended both Bolb and the villager.

01838

It took some time before Bolb returned on a new alt, 01838, joining the server on 13 November 2025. He was quickly geared up by Pannekoek15NL, who had befriended him through Ultimate Hardcore. 01838 then pulled a “Hippieflippy” and was sentenced to slavery, including gathering 10 shulkers of stone and 10 shulkers of andesite. He eventually died to a TNT minecart trap at spawn, which he believed was set by Melodyth.

clynck

Not long after, on 14 January 2026, Bolb reappeared on a new alt named clynck. He was immediately suspected of being a Bolb alt by Pannekoek15NL, though not by the admins. clynck died after KingConqueror trapped him in retaliation for killing KingConqueror’s friend, JustFrenchFry.

ShorterSeal

Bolb returned again on 9 March 2026 under the alt ShorterSeal, once again being geared by Pannekoek15NL. ShorterSeal used a “girly” skin to avoid suspicion — clearly not well enough, as the admins caught and banned him before he could die.

C0NN3CT3D

After just a couple hours of playtime, Bolb accidentally deactivates his VPN and is immediately caught. Embarrassing rookie mistake for the most famous serial alter.

Santiagogmz

Bolb returns yet again on May 18 2026. This time he tries to disguise himself pretending to be from Portugal and speaking Portuguese. Gets geared by MrNiquitos, works his way into Not_A_Griefer’s base and acquires crystals. After blowing up Sickckc to obtain a mace, he dive bombs from 2000 blocks up on Minedog617, breaking their armor and finally killing them. His run is finally cut short at about 20 hours playtime, banned by the admins.

False positives

Blob_Seal

Contrary to popular belief, fueled by the similarities in the name to the other accounts, Blob_Seal was not Bolb's alt. They died in less then an hour to skill issues (fall damage), but their true identity remains a mystery to this day.
