Driftwood was founded on December 10, 2025 by Spartan7162. It is a primarily wooden structure and a waterfront location that makes it convenient for boating and fishing. The base is enclosed in an oak wall on the side that would normally be most accessible by land. There are currently two buildings, one of which is empty and the other formerly serving as Spartan's house. Driftwood also contains a mine, lookout position, farm, and bunker. The area around the base is now significantly deforested due to the number of trees necessary for the construction of all of the structures.
History
The base was founded on December 10, 2025 and construction was completed on the next day, December 11, 2025. On December 14 2025, Spartan7162 was killed by a Drowned while gathering clay at the bottom of the lake next to Driftwood and the base was therefore left to his dog.
Characteristics
Architecture
Driftwood is constructed almost entirely oak wood that was gathered from the surrounding area. One building is built on the side of a hill, with half of it floating over the water.
Terrain
Driftwood sits at the edge of an oak forest, with its interior being built onto the shore of a lake. The forest surrounds this lake on all sides, and there are a few mountains that can be seen from the lake in the surrounding area.
