Obsidian Star
A Brief History!
The Obsidian Star also known as the Spawn Star, is a large scale form of "Sky Writing" undertaken by the Order of the Sanctum. The schematics for its construction were provided by BloodyOrphan, an OTS Centurion, and the construction itself was carried out primarily by Deruzion, who placed around 60,000 obsidian of the required 130,000 to complete its full size. Deruzion, and most of the other contributors like OtaCato and Salefranguito would go on to join the Order later down the line. Its construction was for the purpose of a display of influence. In its entirety, it took around 2 full days to complete. The dimensions of the star mirror the Order's seal, an 8 pointed star resembling the North Star. The North Star is commonly referenced as the guiding light of the land, an idea the Order wishes to embody.
Notable Things!
- A known legend amongst players, originally stated by Not A Griefer, warns that if ever the last piece of obsidian is mined, any player who dared mine a piece of obsidian from it will suffer severe consequences. A few players dispute this claim.
- Notable Legion of Concordia member ASweatyPotato was blown up by 1590283112 on its top.
- A player by the name of Ajrbrown spawned on top of the Obsidian Star. He would eventually return to leave his mark upon it with the Sleepy Tag.
