EmersonBB8

EmersonBB8, often referred to as Emerson, is an living, active player who joined on October 16th 2025. He has spent his time on the server mostly by himself until inviting friends to join him, two of which have died. He is a peaceful player, who has helped new players at spawn and has shared negative thoughts about player killers.

History

EmersonBB8 joined for the first time on October 16th 2025, looking for a vanilla Hardcore server to play on. He spent time relatively close to spawn mining and getting starter gear. After that he would begin his venture out on the nether roof.

He only played occasionally at first, but after hours of walking out tens of thousands of blocks on the nether roof, he eventually established his base in December of 2025. It is there he created lots of farms and a villager trading hall providing him with every resource he would need.

After months of playing all alone with no player contact, he decided it was finally time to invite his first friend to the server, WojiRETURNS. Emerson travelled with a horse all the way back to spawn on the nether roof, and gave Woji gear. Since he was at spawn, he used this opportunity to buy 2 elytras for the two of them from another player. Since they were unenchanted, Emerson gave Woji both the elytras and decided to ride the horse back to the base, because it would be a long flight and he knew both of the elytras would probably break. Emerson warned Woji about the nature of players on the server, and that it would be best to keep a good reputation.

Despite this, while they were travelling to the base on the nether roof, Woji would mess around with other players in chat, followed by Emerson constantly condemning him in chat and telling him to stop. Emerson was very mad at Woji for this, and as a result of being associated with Woji, he was denied from joining the Legion of Concordia.

Emerson and Woji eventually made it to the base, and Emerson enchanted and mended the elytras.

The following day, Woji decided to go back to spawn to meet new players. Emerson warned him not to, but he went anyways. This resulted in him being blown up by TheCosmicalKing. Emerson understood that Woji posed as a threat to other players because of his actions, and only asked TheCosmicalKing to leave Woji's head in a chest for him. TheCosmicalKing agreed and did so. Emerson returned to spawn and retrieved the head later. He built Woji a grave by the base.

Following this, Emerson wrote a long message to LoC, asking to be let in, and they let him in.

The following week, Emerson would tell his friend wingsoffire27 about the server. Wingsoffire27 is a skilled player, and wanted to join. Emerson told him that he did not have gear ready for him like he did for Woji, but wingsoffire27 joined anyway. Wingsoffire27 made his way all the way to the base on his own, without any help. He started working around the base.

Unfortunately, a day later, Wingsoffire27 was blown up by a creeper. His armor that he crafted himself was not enchanted, so he died. Wingsoffire27 did not know exactly where he died, but claimed he was near the base. Emerson found the head a few days later when he was playing for a short amount of time before he had to leave to the airport for a trip. He decided that he would build the grave for Wingsoffire27 when he got back.

During the trip, on March 30 2026, Emerson wanted to check on his base, so he logged onto his laptop and joined the server to be met with a ban message. It was a false alt ban, and Emerson was unbanned a couple weeks after. During the time he was banned, he was kicked from LoC for being inactive.

In preparation for inviting more friends to the server, on May 1st 2026, Emerson went out very far in the end, searching for elytras. Every end ship he found was searched, so he gave up once he found an already looted ship 78k blocks out. He returned to the main end island and purchased an elytra from another player.

After spending some more time on his own on the server, on May 10th 2026, Emerson invited his next friend, liningpanda5614 to join. Lining is a very unskilled player, so Emerson made sure he would have everything he needed. Lining was given a full set of enchanted diamond armor, an elytra, totems, and tools. Lining came to the base. At this time Emerson also asked to be added back to LoC, but was denied because Lining was apparently also saying suspicious things in chat. At this point Emerson gave up on trying to join LoC, and decided he can help new players himself, and he doesn't need to have the LoC title to do so.

On May 17th 2026, Emerson returned to spawn again to purchase yet another elytra. He begged in chat for a seller, and nobody seemed interested until he finally got a deal from Duckapope. Almost right after he bought the elytra, Emerson told his friend ARINAMAI to join, and he did. Ari is also pretty unskilled, and Emerson provided him with the same gear he did for Lining. Players were alarmed that within only a couple minutes of Ari joining the server, he had already made the "Sky's the Limit!" and "Cover Me in Diamonds!" advancements. Emerson let them know that Ari was his friend, and that he gave him loot. Ari flew to the base on the nether roof and Emerson returned to the base through the end portal.

Soon later, Emerson travelled to spawn and made loot stashes for new players, as a part of a new project to help them.

As of now, Emerson resides in his base along with Lining and Ari.
