BloodyOrphan joined the server on 8/14/2025 during a night cycle and watched mobs circle him. Knowing the dangers of starting at night, he held fast until the first rays of the sun broke the horizon. During the next few game days, he journeyed onward, unsure of which role to take within the server. As he progressed away from spawn, in need of food, he came upon a patch of carrots planted by [[The_Hive_Organisation]]. Out of the many carrots taken and replanted, he kept one to remember the work done by this legendary order. Signs were posted on the carrot patch showing their appreciation, and realizing that this was a custom for the culture on this server, he did the same. While slowly placing distance between himself and the spawn, BloodyOrphan continued to see the ruins of safe places built by those who wanted to help new players. While cooking some fish recently caught on a campfire, legend has it that a bee spoke to him, telling him that those who take from the community should give back to the community, and great things will come of it. The bee's wisdom helped shape his decision to help other players, as The Hive Organisation had helped him.

The first key to helping others was to support himself. It took many days and nights of travel before finally finding his first two villagers; two nimwits were all that survived from the town. After lengthy negotiations, they decided to call in their friends, and a trading hall was made underground, where BloodyOrphan was able to trade sticks for all the diamond gear, tools, and enchantments he would need to thrive. The final task was to finalize his equipment by upgrading to netherite. The Nether was a nightmare; most of the environment was tainted by those who had come before, yet nonetheless, the netherite he searched for was found. Never had he upgraded to netherite before; he was unaware of the need for a netherite upgrade in order to fully upgrade his equipment. Many days passed while searching for one, and then ultimately, he only had one choice. BloodyOrphan was going to have to meet another player to trade for one. After many days of watching chat, he found natonite_ to be friendly, the fact of his position on the server unknown at the time, and requested a trade for a templete. After traveling back towards spawn, he conducted the trade at a drop-off location and headed back to his base, ready to finish his level-up montage.
To help others, BloodyOrphan first needed to secure his own foundation. After days and nights of tireless exploration, he discovered a desolate village, home to only two surviving nitwits. Through patient negotiations, he convinced them to summon their kin, and soon a bustling underground trading hall took shape. There, BloodyOrphan bartered sticks for diamond gear, tools, and enchantments, amassing the resources to thrive. His next goal was to forge netherite, the pinnacle of power. The Nether awaited—a scarred, treacherous realm ravaged by past explorers. Undeterred, he scoured its depths and unearthed the elusive ancient debris needed for netherite.

Yet, a hurdle remained: BloodyOrphan had never crafted netherite before and was unaware of the need for a smithing template to upgrade his gear. Days of fruitless searching followed, until he realized his only option was to seek aid from another player. Monitoring the server chat, he noticed natonite_, a player whose friendly demeanor stood out, though their status on the server remained a mystery. After arranging a trade for a netherite upgrade template, BloodyOrphan journeyed back toward spawn, completing the exchange at a discreet drop-off point. With the template in hand, he returned to his base, ready to complete his ascent to netherite-clad glory.

Now that he was fully equipped, BloodyOrphan started contacting new players who would be interested in a helping hand. It didn't take long for his good deeds to be noticed by other members, one of whom reached out and asked him to drop off supplies for new players. Although the name Not_A_Griefer sounds a bit suspicious, and with half of chat saying not to trust him, BloodyOrphan decided that risks were going to need to be made eventually. This risk paid off as Not_A_Griefer delivered a shulker box full of totems, which would be handed out to new players who would visit the Newbie base. Wanting a way to show his appreciation for being a friendly player, but ultimately not having anything of worth, BloodyOrphan turned to the bee once more for guidance. It was at that moment that he was given a way to purify honey, turning it into something greater. Bloody Good Honey. Not_A_Griefer was given the second bottle of Bloody Good Honey, as the first was given to BloodyOrphan by the bee itself. Since this moment, it has been going through a series of refinements and is near perfect and without error. Notably, natonite_ also visited the Newbie base early on for a book exchange. BloodyOrphan exchanged "Born In Crimson CH1 PT1" for netherwart and blaze rods, which enabled an ender chest to be placed for all to use. A bottle of Bloody Good Honey was crafted for natonite_ but at the time of this being written, it has still yet to be delivered. From these days onwards, BloodyOrphan would continue to craft these Bloody Good Honey bottles and hand them to players who were trustworthy and acted with care and consideration instead of violence or malice.
Fully equipped with netherite, BloodyOrphan turned his focus to aiding new players, reaching out to those struggling to find their footing. His generosity quickly caught the attention of the server’s veterans, including a player named Not_A_Griefer, who asked him if wanted supplies for the Newbie base. Despite the suspicious name and warnings from half the server’s chat to steer clear, BloodyOrphan believed trust was a risk worth taking. His faith was rewarded when Not_A_Griefer provided a shulker box brimming with totems of undying, a lifeline for newcomers visiting the base.

Seeking a way to express gratitude but lacking valuable items, BloodyOrphan turned to his enigmatic guide, the bee. In a moment of inspiration, the bee revealed the art of purifying honey into a rare gift: Bloody Good Honey, a symbol of trust and goodwill. The first bottle, bestowed by the bee itself, went to BloodyOrphan; the second he gifted to Not_A_Griefer for their generosity. Over time, he refined the crafting process, perfecting the honey’s clarity and potency.

Around this time, natonite_ visited the Newbie base for a trade, offering netherwart and blaze rods in exchange for BloodyOrphan’s book, ''Born In Crimson CH1 PT1''. The deal enabled the placement of an ender chest for communal use. BloodyOrphan crafted a bottle of Bloody Good Honey for natonite_, though it remains undelivered at the time of this chronicle. From that day forward, BloodyOrphan vowed to share these bottles with players who proved trustworthy, favoring kindness over malice.

The Ongoing Tales
Of
BloodyOrphan

First Few Nights

BloodyOrphan joined the server on August 14, 2025, spawning into the perilous gloom of a night cycle. Mobs prowled the darkness, their glowing eyes circling him. Knowing the risks, he stood his ground, clutching his fists until the first rays of dawn pierced the horizon. Over the next few days, he wandered from spawn, uncertain of his place in this vast world. Hunger gnawed as he trekked onward, until he stumbled upon a patch of carrots cultivated by The_Hive_Organisation, a legendary group revered on the server. Grateful, he harvested a few, carefully replanting to preserve the crop, and kept a single carrot as a memento of their generosity. Signs around the patch expressed the group’s goodwill, revealing a server tradition of gratitude. Inspired, BloodyOrphan added his own sign, pledging to honor this custom.

As he ventured further, ruins of shelters built for new players dotted the landscape, testaments to the server’s communal spirit. While cooking freshly caught fish over a crackling campfire, BloodyOrphan experienced a moment of server legend: a bee, buzzing softly, seemed to whisper wisdom. “Those who take from the community must give back,” it urged, “and great things will follow.” Stirred by the bee’s counsel and The_Hive_Organisation’s example, BloodyOrphan resolved to aid others, forging his path as a contributor to the server’s legacy.

Rise to Netherite

Newbie Base and The Origin of Bloody Good Honey

Around this time, natonite_ visited the Newbie base for a trade, offering netherwart and blaze rods in exchange for BloodyOrphan’s book, Born In Crimson CH1 PT1.

The Next Steps and the death of SquirrelMC

With the Newbie base established as a haven for new players, BloodyOrphan turned his focus to carving out a personal sanctuary. Distance was paramount—seclusion meant safety. After taming his first horse, he ventured to the Nether roof, traveling over an hour to ensure his new base would remain hidden. Guided by the gentle hum of bees, he returned to the Overworld and found a secluded spot, a sanctuary of solitude and security. Yet, beyond its borders, danger loomed. SquirrelMC, a seasoned legacy player, met a tragic end while soaring with a trident, possibly due to server-side lag. Determined to uncover the truth, BloodyOrphan reached out to SquirrelMC via Discord. Together, they scoured SquirrelMC’s latest.log file, finding evidence that the server had overwhelmed SquirrelMC’s client with packets, causing a fatal crash. Despite their appeal, the server admins upheld the death as final.

SquirrelMC’s team claimed his head and held a private funeral, but a peculiar relic remained: his final word, “dirt,” and at his death coordinates -2041, 11, -5107—a single dirt block in a birch hills biome. Seizing the chance to honor the fallen player, BloodyOrphan left his sanctuary and embarked on a perilous journey back toward the spawn region to retrieve this humble relic. In tribute to SquirrelMC, he constructed a squirrel monument on a remote island, enshrining the dirt block as a lasting memorial for generations to come.
