Porto Seguro City Hall, before its inauguration.

Porto Seguro is the most populous settlement on the server. The town's residents are Brazilian by majority, although English-speaking players have also been welcomed as both guests and residents.

History

Porto Seguro was founded by LewanBr, VeyK, Thakrs, Lup4_Lup4, salefranguito and Cob4in_ on 11th august. In response to griefing to Bridgetown in early August, many former residents who were unsettled or without a home moved to Porto Seguro.

Characteristics

Architecture

Houses in Porto Seguro are built in a medieval style with tall stylised roofs. A large gothic castle built by riquepauli, Ravxss and LucFlow is located to the west of the town. Porto also features a City Hall, built mainly from sandstone and related materials. Designed by Spark_03 with help from residents, the building serves as the community’s administrative center.

Infrastructure

Porto Seguro hosts a range of farms for use by residents, wich include:

  • Automated sugarcane farm
  • Automated bamboo farm
  • Automated carrot, potato, beetroot and wheat farms
  • Semi-automated potato and wheat farms
  • Pumpkin and melon farms
  • Dripstone-lava farm
  • Silverfish XP farm
  • Mob farm
  • Automated cobblestone farm

Additionally, a villager trading hall is available for residents to use. Public Ender Chests and waste disposal units are also accessible across the town.
