History

Foundation

The Order of The Sanctum emerged on June 25, 2025, born from an inspired encounter at spawn between founders SquirrelMC and TheCosmicalKing. Their meeting was sparked when Cosmical sought out Squirrel, who had just restored the chasm ravaged by RedReaperxd’s world eater, a testament to the server’s need for unity. As Spalmipede’s iconic dome took shape, the duo vowed to safeguard this sanctuary, laying the foundation for a faction dedicated to spawn protection. Within days, ArtemyTheVorakh joined their ranks, followed by Bemf and Spalmipede in the week that followed. This core quintet of visionaries shaped the Order’s early strength, setting the stage for its rise as a formidable peacekeeping force.

Unofficial Merge

On July 24, 2025, Spalmipede ignited a transformative chapter for The Order of The Sanctum by proposing a merger with Team Vortex, renowned as the server’s wealthiest faction. Seizing the opportunity, TheCosmicalKing engaged Zanther76 in a diplomatic exchange, sparking a two-day negotiation between the factions. After thoughtful deliberation, both teams agreed to preserve their distinct political identities while forging a practical “full” merger. On August 5, 2025, TheCosmicalKing penned an official Alliance document, sealed with PoorGrammar313’s signature, cementing this strategic union and strengthening the server’s stability.

The Longest Day, and the Subsumption of Vortex

The cataclysmic events of The Longest Day struck a profound blow to both The Order of The Sanctum and Team Vortex, reshaping their destinies.
