Memorials are a way players use to honour dead players on Legendary Hardcore. Player deaths can have a big impact, as the hardcore nature of the server means that players only have one life.

On the Legendary Hardcore Discord server, there is a memorial channel where players post memorials of recently killed players. Anyone is allowed to create a memorial post, allowing for many players to be honoured on the Discord server.

Most memorial posts are either of veteran deaths or players deaths who are close to the poster.

In-game

Dead players are remembered in-game in many ways.

Gravestones

Gravestones are created for player deaths, which may be at the location of death. However, gravestones don't need to be at the location of death. This method of memorial is very easy to create, as gravestones can be simple. Gravestones commonly have the player's head attached to them.

Projects

Dead players can be honoured by doing actions in the player's name.
