| The '''Chili Challenge''' is a challenge created on [[Legendary Hardcore]] by the player [[chilipeeper]]. In this challenge, the player is required to empty their entire inventory, empty their ender chest, break their respawn point, and get a new one by going through the central end portal. These measures are to prevent any form of cheating in the challenge, and ensures that the player is restarting their hardcore playthrough from scratch.

| The explanation for the challenge is listed below.<blockquote>Minecraft becomes so simple, so menial. It's almost a chore to keep playing once you have everything you could ever want at your greedy, greedy fingertips. If you’re ready for a real challenge, a change in pace, then I propose an evaluation of your skills. A testament to your competence. How, you might ask? Simple. Empty your inventory, drop all your totems, burn all your food, and break your cozy little respawn bed. Final step, hop through the portal at the main end island, and begin a new journey, crawling from the bottom up. You scoffers won't like this one. Many of you disregarded it as soon as you read, “drop all your totems.” This challenge wasn't meant for those of you who aren't able to handle a little ''spice'' in your playstyle.
