Salefranguito, also known as Sale, was a reputable player-killer hunter and co-founder of Porto Seguro. With 56 direct kills, Salefranguito holds the record as the most prolific player-killer hunter in the server's history.

History

Early History

Salefranguito joined the server on the 2nd of July 2025. Though wary of other players in their first days, they eventually met with InternetFound who gifted them totems.

At some point in early July, Salefranguito was approached by Neto3005, the founder of the Brazilian faction Bossa Nova, and the pair agreed to team. Located in the Southeast Spawn Region, Bossa Nova's base was originally intended to house just Salefranguito and Neto3005, but would soon attract other Brazilian players- including SantBr5454, eXeTRuPiLS0N and Jodesvaldo. Bossa Nova's original base was griefed multiple times, and the group eventually decided to move away from the Spawn Region. However, the group dissolved before a second base could be constructed following the unexpected death of Neto3005 on the 12th of July 2025.

Co-founding of Porto Seguro

The collapse of Bossa Nova had prompted many Brazilian players to move to Bridgetown, which was undergoing reconstruction in July and August 2025. It is unclear whether Salefranguito was a permanent resident of Bridgetown during this period, but they were frequently present throughout during the rebuilding. It was at Bridgetown that Salefranguito secured their first kill against the player-killer ChablauzeraXD on the 28th of July 2025.

By mid August 2025, Bridgetown had attracted the attention of griefers and player killers and many residents were forced to flee. On the 11th of August 2025, Porto Seguro was jointly founded by Salefranguito, LewanBr, VeyK, Thakrs, Lup4_Lup4 and Cob4in_ as a new settlement for Brazilian players. The city would eventually grow to become the most populous settlement on the server through August to October 2025.

Career as a player-killer hunter

As well as Salefranguito's previous kill in Bridgetown, he secured another in August 2025 against leopro1h, who was killed for griefing and robbery. However, it was not until September 2025 that Salefranguito began routinely hunting player-killers, thieves and griefers. By the end of Sepetember 2025 they had secured a reputation for their efficiency in eliminating player killers. Following the death of hippieflippy in October 2025, Salefranguito became regarded as the most effective player-killer hunter on the server up until their death in January 2025.

Death

On the 15th of January 2025, Salefranguito was blown up while attempting to kill jessemon1000. During the ambush which took place in The End, Salefranguito forgot to switch from equipping an elytra to their blast protection chestplate, and was killed while detonating an End Crystal. The death of Salefranguito was honoured by many shocked and mourning players who had befriended or been directly helped by him throughout their time on the server.
