			After Old [[Legion of Concordia\|LoC]]'s base got leaked [[LazarFish0226\|Lazar]] and his small band decided to move but not knowing where to an old ally by the name of [[BloodyOrphan]] decided to offer up his base to the [[Legion of Concordia\|Legion]] where they would build up new farms while [[BloodyOrphan\|Bloody]] focused more on the build side of the Valley along with [[Legion of Concordia\|LoC]]'s newest member [[AppleSnicket]]. But after [[LazarFish0226\|Lazar]] and [[GrizzlyBear654\|Grizzly]] died in the same night progression halted until the members invited a new leader [[Yendore]] who picked up [[Legion of Condcordia\|LoC]]'s lacking pace and invited [[Steepboots12]] who helped [[Yendore]] in the construction of massive farms and when [[yendore]] passed [[Steepboots12\|steep]] built his crypt.

			The Valley is [[Legion of Condcordia\|LoC]]'s official capital and was founded by [[LazarFish0226]] and is now governed by [[Huntress1301\|Huntress]], the city acts as a resource bank allowing lower ranking [[Legion of Condcordia\|LoC]] members to ask for items by higher ranking members. It is also where most of [[Legion of Condcordia\|LoC]]'s exports happen either to other official cities(mainly [[haven]] and [[Zenith Wilds\|zenith]]) or other players. Known as the home of the old [[Legion of Condcordia\|legion]]'s members it is the home of both [[Legion of Condcordia\|LoC]] memorials which are [[Yendore's Crypt]] and [[Pfry3000]]'s Dragon which houses all dead [[Legion of Condcordia\|LoC]] members and a dragon egg.

			The Valley is the only city on LHC to have a [[OTS Embassy]] and is the city which has the [[SquirrelMC]] memorial, it also has [[Pfry3000\|Pfry]]'s Dragon which displays the armour of each [[Legion of Condcordia\|LoC]] member and a dragon egg. The Valley [[OTS Embassy\|embassy]] carries a copy of the original Pact of Concordia which is a book signed by [[TheCosmicalKing]] and [[LazarFish0226]], the build has a Stone work exterior and a end vibe interior, it was also constructed by [[BloodyOrphan]]. [[SquirrelMC]]'s memorial was constructed by [[BloodyOrphan\|Bloody]] and depicts a massive squirrel on an island holding a dirt block which immortalizes [[SquirrelMC\|Squirrel]]'s last words.
