Upon joining the server, Complex spent their initial time near the spawn point gathering basic resources. They successfully acquired a full set of enchanted Iron armor (Protection I/II) and a Diamond Pickaxe. Seeking a more permanent and secluded location, Complex embarked on a significant journey of approximately 7,000 blocks, traveling largely by boat. This journey concluded upon discovering a Jungle biome, which was selected as the site for their first base.

Shortly after establishing a presence in the Jungle, Complex's intention to settle there was noted by the player [[vines420]], who expressed interest in the biome and traveled a considerable distance to join them. While Complex focused on developing the base infrastructure and resource gathering, vines420 frequently returned to the spawn area to interact with new players and maintain the vicinity. The pair extended invitations to other players, including [[token_knob]], [[Chelovekpauk777]], and [[FatherCreams]]. While several visited, only FatherCreams, an associate of vines420 from other servers, decided to settle permanently with them at the Jungle base. During this period, Complex contributed several builds to the growing settlement, including a graveyard for fallen players (utilizing heads recovered by vines420), a brewing station, and enhanced farming facilities. Concurrently, vines420 and FatherCreams undertook extensive exploration of the surrounding areas.

Exploration by vines420 and FatherCreams led to the discovery of what appeared to be an abandoned base located in a desert biome, which housed a significant number of Villagers. To this day, the original owners of the desert base are unknown. Through trading, they acquired high-tier enchantments, notably Mending, and resources that allowed both FatherCreams and vines420 to obtain Elytras and Netherite upgrades via trading with other players. Leveraging these shared resources, Complex was able to upgrade their own gear to a full set of Protection IV enchanted Netherite armor relatively quickly.

On a subsequent visit to the spawn area with vines420, undertaken to observe the aftermath of a lava cast griefing incident at coordinates 0,0, Complex encountered the player [[Kosmiau]]. After a brief interaction, Kosmiau gifted Complex two Totems of Undying.

The final major joint activity undertaken by the Jungle base members was raiding a Trial Chamber using Ominous Bottles. This expedition yielded valuable rewards, including a Mace and a Trident obtained by Complex. They chose to keep the Trident and gifted the Mace to FatherCreams, who promised to give an Elytra to Complex in return.
