Titan joined the server at approximately 3:05pm [https://time.is/EST EST] and spawned within a thousand blocks of 0, 0. Realizing the danger of being so close to [[World Spawn]], Titan proceeded to manually walk a hundred thousand blocks before settling in a pre-existing village and terraforming it into his first base. He built several farms, a villager hall, and a series of tall fences and walls to protect himself from hostile mobs. Upon finishing the overall structure of this base, Titan chose to name it '''Titan's Cradle''' and left signs for future travelers to find.<gallery mode="packed-hover">

Titan died after entering his nether portal to re-enter the overworld. He was at full health when he entered, but a magma cube that wandered into the portal quickly depleted his health before the loading screen finished.

A starter kit is a set of useful items to help [[Grame|grames]] survive longer, usually prepared and dispersed by members of the [[Commonwealth]]. Starter kits always contain early-game loot like diamonds and food, and sometimes other useful items like netherite upgrade templates, totems, an elytra, shulker shells, and ender pearls.

Throughout the history of [[Legendary Hardcore]], generous players have always given gear and items to [[Grame|grames]]. However, [[Pannekoek15NL]] was the first player to standardize it into transferable, branded shulker boxes.

During his life on the server, [[Pannekoek15NL]] created an unreasonable amount of Panne-Kits to distribute to new players. As demands increased, he made a starter kit factory containing all of the farms and storage he needed to make his Panne-Kits en-masse, choosing the [[The Valley|Valley]] as the home of this factory. After the [[The Valley|Valley]] was griefed by the [[The Beach|Beach]], [[Pannekoek15NL]] rebuilt his factory in an undisclosed location and shared it with no one until his death. * Shulker Shells, a valuable resource for [[Grame|grames]] who need to move further out into the world. Every known Panne-Kit has included at least 4 shulker shells.
* Ender Pearls, considered a necessity for long-term survival. By providing [[Grame|grames]] with ender pearls, they can create [[Ender Pearl Stasis Chamber|Ender Pearl Stasis Chambers]] much earlier in their playtime, potentially saving their lives.
* Cooked Porkchop, the foodstuff of choice for the Panne-Kit.

These caches operate on a system of "Take what you need, and if you can give please do!", a very "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs" philosophy.

=== A Group Without A Name ===
It all started with a man, [[LazarFish0226]], who went into the wilderness of the South East quadrant. While fighting for scraps he met [[MissLea_]], who asked him to place a sign at her base before going forward in his journey. While trying to join big teams such as the [[Order of the Sanctum]], Lazar thought he could make a name for himself by helping others and finding friend. During that time, he befriended the Commander of a Lifetime, [[GrizzlyBear654]]. Later, a close-friend by the name of [[Huntress1301]] joined their journey, later accompanied by another friend, [[Stahoven]]. The four of them Built, Farmed and Forged, with their builds being mostly in the roman theme. Together they became a Legion, the Legion Of Concordia.

=== The Legion is Formed ===
The four founders built a city, now known as [[Oasis]], with a Trading Hall, Wool farm, Scute farm, Mine, Xp farm and a Tower. They also made other farms such as a Raid farm and Iron farm. A member of [[Order of the Sanctum|OTS]], [[BloodyOrphan]], helped them out by building a witch farm and a gunpowder farm. Then [[LazarFish0226]] foolishly trusted [[Frostviserion]] in his group, for a time he was just a little rascal sometimes being immature and other times even stealing from his teammates. After he was slain by an enderman, Lazar kicked him out of the group which Frost did not take kindly to, leaking the cords to the base. Even if no one came, the safety of the place was compromised. Lazar knew staying there was dangerous and evacuated his teammates.

=== The Great Expedition ===
Then a hero showed up, [[BloodyOrphan]] offered his base to the remaining members of LoC. The group accepted the offer and took ownership of the new land now known as The Valley. The group rebuilt the farms Bloody didn’t have already and made new and better ones. Around this time a friend of [[hippieflippy]], [[Applesnicket|applesnicket]], joined the server. She later on joined LoC and built organics, including mushrooms, flowers, etc. Lazarfish rebuilt a wealth of redstone farms for LoC. It was in doing this that he passed, forgetting his totem and falling off an in-progress gold farm (09/20/25). On the same day, [[GrizzlyBear]] died, falling after play-fighting with [[Applesnicket|applesnicket]], also forgetting to equip his totem.

After these tragedies, [[Yendore]] was invited to the group by [[Applesnicket|applesnicket]]. [[Yendore] then invited [[Steepboots12]]. [[Applesnicket|applesnicket]] tragically forgets her totem just over three weeks later (10/12/25), dying to fall damage. The group then only consists of [[Huntress1301]], [[Yendore]], and [[Steepboots12]], with [[Yendore]] away from The Valley. But concerns are quelled when they meet [[CapnLightning]] and understand he and his group are friendly. There was a time of peace and grief. Until [[Yendore]] forgot his totem and was doomed to fall by Bingot, while working on a secret project with [[Steepboots12]]. [[Stahoven]], being one of [[Yendore]]’s closest friends, became inactive after his demise. Meanwhile, [[Steepboots12]] worked on making [[Yendores]] crypt in his honor.

[[Creon3827]] joins the group December 17th, [[ShadyMelody]] started building Haven’s library, and [[Dero9]] made various buildings; the fishing docks, Omi’s Barn, Mooshroom Mushroom, crop circles, and a potion shop. [[Dero9]] built Haven’s froglight farm, and [[ShadyMelody]] got it functioning with frogs, afterwhich Dero made significant progress replacing torch spam with froglights, spawn-proofing an impressive amount of Haven. They also lost [[Clawper]] on the 29th, a well known trader who also did charity running for the group, having saved 5 grames lives.

On July 18th, the notable praefectus [[Wizard_Snoot]] reaches 100 players helped through their charity, with [[Erock04]] following shortly behind in his own numbers at 80. [[Wusvcs]] is third in the charity ranks having helped 32 players. Later in the month, [[Hmz420]] and [[mossCarvin]] died to [[The Beach]] on the 21st. Hmz and Moss were both established players who did some charity, Hmz in particular saved 10 grames. The founding city of the legion, [[Oasis]] was leaked shortly after. It is currently unknown who or what has leaked the base.

To solidify this partnership, BloodyOrphan established an embassy within the valley that serves as the home of the Legion of Concordia. He fell off the platform after forgetting a totem, becoming the first of several members to meet such a fate. Later that night after his leader’s death, GrizzlyBear654 went down during a joking spar with the group’s builder, AppleSnicket, ironically dying to Lazarfish’s sword. A few weeks later, when the members felt safe again, AppleSnicket became the second death by fall damage after forgetting a totem. Afterwards, her head was delivered to Yendore by SqueakHD. Yendore was the last to fall in the cold. While building a bartering farm, he was struck off the trading chambers by a rogue piglin named “Bingot,” becoming the third death caused by forgetting a totem. Ironically, the last message he received was from Steepboots12, who was building the farm with him: “Be careful; I would rather have you alive than a piglin.” October 15, 2025, marked a new dawn for the Legion of Concordia.

CapnLightning and his followers soon formed strong relations with the original Legion, collaborating through trade, building, and adventuring. During this time, Steepboots12 had a great idea: the Legion possessed great riches but was struggling after the major losses, while CapnLightning’s group was thriving with life. He proposed the idea to Huntress1301, who then brought it to CapnLightning. The idea was gratefully accepted, and a new era began, an era of consulship. The group then grew from 3 members to a total of 10. These accomplishments attracted even more people: big names such as Misslea_, tigergrace, and Pannekoek15NL, as well as new members like Dero9 and SiOtter. The Warmth was a successful time for them all, bringing in a total of 12 new members.

The War was started on the 27th of March when SherbertStar33 D-tapped and killed ShadyMelody, Sherbert and his team were against LoC before this but no outright actions were made. After this the Beach openly admitted to wanting to kill members of LoC, even so far as sending his recruits into LoC's discord to get information about LoC. The Beach recruit by the name of DuckaPope leaked Zenith Wilds a popular LoC city to Sherbert and Cabbage which then proceeded to blow up zenith as well as try to kill multiple LoC members by stasis trapping them but no members died. Sherbert also got info from an anonymous source (presumed to be Phyza or Noavier) to the cords for the LoC capital and farm base. Other casualties of the conflict later on would be [[Hmz420]] and [[MossCarvin]], who was killed by [[SherbetStar33]] who waited underneath the floorboards of one of the houses in [[Oasis]], a base the group was unaware had been compromised due to a mole infiltrating the charity group.

The '''Covetous Uncs''' is a well established, rapidly expanding corporate conglomerate on [[Legendary Hardcore]]. The group stand for peace, integrity, helping new players, and most importantly profit.

== History ==
On the 15th of February 2026, a few days after joining the server for the first time, [[chilipeeper]] along with Gyldenurt founded a coalition called The Covetous Uncs - a likeminded group of players whose initial focus was gaining immense wealth on the server. Besides the founders, other members include [[Not_A_Griefer]], [[Rizon]] and [[Beachgoer]].

Although inheriting enormous amounts of resources and supplies from the first official member [[Not_A_Griefer]], the coalition’s greed was not satiated. While Gyldenurt began expanding the base storage facilities and vaults to accommodate for even more riches, [[chilipeeper]] and Not_A_Griefer spent many hours trading with villagers and players, and looting naturally generated structures. In fact [[Not_A_Griefer]] currently holds the #1 position for “traded with villager” while [[chilipeeper]] controls the top position for use item: ominous trial key. Meanwhile Rizon (the only known Korean member of LHC) designed and constructed a doomsday bunker for any emergency that would befall the group.

==== Side Projects ====
When tax season rolled around, the group pivoted to manufacturing survival kits for needy [[Jargon#Grame|grames]] that they would distribute to anybody in need. The project titled OPERATION GIVEBACK, The kits included many items that are tough for new players to collect on their own, especially when the server being played on has had the spawn areas picked clean by literally thousands of players. The star of the show, however, was the included diamond tool set, and enchanted copper armor, with maximum protection level on the armor. When questioned about the reasoning behind the motive for only providing copper armor, instead of the more coveted diamond or netherite, the Uncs responded that copper armor would almost certainly encourage players to progress in the game on their own. Not everyone was satisfied with this answer and rumblings of tax evasion and rumors about the Uncs not being wealthy enough for more generous donations circulated

[[Not_A_Griefer]] spearheaded a new project that she felt passionate about. When new players joined and seemed cool and skilled enough to handle it, coordinates were provided to a secret location where a mob grinder was built to help grind for levels and enchantments. This project was titled CHILL GRAMES UNITED and the slogan “the xp must flow” was adopted. Many weeks passed and hundreds of visitors frequented it, until the tragic day [[The Beach]] utilized the farm to catch a few unfortunate souls off guard and claim their lives. The mob grinder remains partially functional to this day.

Amidst accusations and suspicion, The Covetous Uncs were able to rise above, letting their actions speak for them. Many well established teams were not blind to the progress made by the Uncs, and several teams reached out to form alliances. While the Covetous Uncs are not currently hiring, there are talks of a program for interested players who would like an opportunity to become a “Covetous Intern,” but the Uncs maintain that this idea is in a very early workshopping stage so far..

=== Foundation ===
Initially a small peacekeeping faction, the Order of the Sanctum was created and organized on June 25th, 2025 by [[TheCosmicalKing]] and [[SquirrelMC]]. Cosmical sought out SquirrelMC for his large contributions to spawn, and wished to form an organization to preserve [[Spalmipede]]'s [[Spawn Town#First spawn cleanup and The Domes|Spawn Dome]]. The players [[ArtemyTheVorakh]], [[Bemf]], and Spalmipede himself would soon join in the span of a day. This initial group was composed of relatively new players, with the oldest being Bemf who joined in April of 2025. These few would unknowingly emulate the values of [[The Empire]] by killing and trapping player-killers, as well as the altruism of the [[Hive Organisation]] by helping new players. Given the dwindling activity of these two factions, the Order quickly found its niche on the server, and more would soon join the cause. Those in the Order know the beauty of a peaceful [[Spawn Town]] and have devoted themselves to making it the sanctum it was always meant to be, no matter how many times it falls.

=== Early Skirmishes and Projects ===

In late June 2025, the Order of the Sanctum engaged in its first major confrontation with [[Ta7zz]], [[Lightgreypanda]], and [[InternetFound]]. On the 26th of June 2025, [[Th3eternal1]] was killed by a TNT-minecart [[Trapping#TNT Spam Trap|portal trap]] constructed by LightGreyPanda and InternetFound, giving the newly formed Order an opportunity to demonstrate its principles. Over the period of several days, InternetFound would travel to Spawn Town to observe knights of the Order of the Sanctum. In response, TheCosmicalKing popped a totem of InternetFound using an End Crystal and forced him to flee. Skirmishes like these were common in the Order of the Sanctum's early days, and some were successful. As time progressed, the team of trappers would claim the lives of four more players, including notable players such as [[Purplebaron2]]. By early July, Ta7zz, and Lightgreypanda had become inactive, and TheCosmicalKing had departed for two weeks. The knights of the Order of the Sanctum and InternetFound were left in a standoff. Despite the tension, Order member ArtemyTheVorakh found success in forgiveness rather than retaliation. Over time the pair developed a friendship, and even constructed a shulker farm for new players at spawn. This relationship brought division to the Order; some believed that InternetFound had turned a new leaf, while others believed that he still had to pay for his sins. But when Spalmipede located InternetFound's base, a decision had to be made quickly. Spalmipede temporarily stole a shulker of armor trims from the base, but when he returned them the box was rigged with TNT-minecarts. On the 17th of June, 2025, InternetFound was instantly killed while opening the box. This action by Spalmipede triggered a falling out between ArtemyTheVorakh and several other members of the Order of the Sanctum, as Artemy believed that InternetFound was beginning to align with the Order of the Sanctum's values. With Ta7zz and Lightgreypanda inactive, the danger posed by the trio had been quelled. Sadly, on the 19th of June 2025, the Order of the Sanctum faced its first death of a member when ArtemyTheVorakh was slain by a zombie in Spawn Town. Following ArtemyTheVorakh's death the faction set a precedent going forward; the actions of killers would not be forgotten, and second chances would be few and far between.

During this period the Order also pursued various building projects, the largest being [[The Sanctum Yard Cemetery]], a vast graveyard kickstarted by ArtemyTheVorakh’s passion for remembrance. ArtemyTheVorakh's vision would come to fruition, as at its peak, the cemetery housed more than 300 player heads (roughly 15% of all dead players at the time). The Sanctum Yard Cemetery created a pool for the Order to sink its material wealth and manpower into, as well as solidify the moral direction of the group. A significant piece of the faction’s identity had become honoring and respecting the dead, while valuing the living. Other projects included ArtemyTheVorakh's small checkpoint located in a jungle with a skeleton grinder and basic utilities, as well as general spawn repair. The repairing and maintenance of spawn would become a large focal point for the Order of the Sanctum. Order members would contribute greatly to its upkeep with the help of occasional punished server offenders.

=== Subsumption of Team Vortex ===
As the server chugged along into August, members of [[Team Vortex]] were beginning to show more signs of activity following a recent dip. Team leaders TheCosmicalKing and [[PoorGrammar313]] would begin negotiations for a partial merging of the two factions. They agreed upon mutual resource sharing, but that the two factions would remain separate entities. This agreement would dissolve after Poorgrammar313's death at the hands of [[Flagman45]] during the events of [[The Longest Day]]. This day also saw the death of beloved founder and Grand Warden SquirrelMC due to kinetic energy. SquirrelMC's death would heavily hinder OTS operations and morale, as many members including his co-leader TheCosmicalKing and Knight [[MikoYey]] were deeply affected by his passing. The death of Poorgrammar313, an old and influential member of the playerbase, likewise caused a wave of despair. Poorgrammar's passing led Team Vortex's remaining members [[Thowan]], [[Zanther76]], and [[Alcred]] to unanimously agree to be absorbed into the Order of The Sanctum, swelling the faction's numbers greatly. The Order took a heavy hit during the events of the longest day, but persisted in upholding its ideals. Thankfully, a boost in morale would soon come when Flagman45 was banned for utilizing cheats and Poorgrammar313 was revived.

=== Golden Era ===
Even prior to the merge between Team Vortex and OTS, Order Grand Warden TheCosmicalKing had been pushing for the construction of a megabase that the faction could call home. Hammerfall was an incredibly ambitious project and the subject of discussion for months on end. It required vast amounts of planning, resources, and was the first OTS project to utilize labor as punishment. After showing remorse for his crimes, [[Hippieflippy]] was forced by the Order of the Sanctum to mine large quantities of deepslate, and he would later join as a recruit. Before joining the Order, player [[Galxy Cat]] was paid a stack of netherite ingots to mine 500,000 blocks of deepslate. Work on Hammerfall started in late August, and was the center of OTS attention through September. Late August to early October can be considered the Order's Golden Era, as it upheld an active membership of 15 online players contributing to its goals, police work, and construction. An elaborate cathedral was planned for the project, and some of the server’s most ambitious terraforming was performed. Work on Hammerfall also skyrocketed OTS members in the statistics leaderboards, such as spruce logs chopped, dirt placed, and other categories. Spalmipede's use of TnT bombers would level entire mountains, and TheCosmicalKing led 5 members in a 3,000 block diameter ring around the base to establish a perimeter. This was done to set a track for the Hammerwall, a seemingly endless deepslate wall 15 blocks high and 7 blocks wide that dominated the spruce landscape. The Hammerfall "Hammerfarms" region would also be developed, and [[ShyAlly]] would begin the excruciating process of preparing a "perimeter" for large farms with the help of elaborate and expansive redstone cutters, saws, and bombers.

Despite countless hours of work and dedication, the Order’s vision of Hammerfall was doomed to remain a distant dream. Work was halted abruptly when it was discovered that Zanther76 had leaked the coordinates of the base to player ZMEDUSAZ, who had travelled to the base and stolen the faction’s “Legendary Heads” shulker, which was within a hidden stash only 5 members knew of. This orange shulker contained heads incredibly important to server lore, including [[BlueLegionary]], [[R2aye]], [[Yehomere]], those of deceased OTS members, and many others. At the height of the conflict, ZMEDUSAZ was banned for using entity radar based on old screenshots dredged up by an OTS member, and Zanther76 would escape a stasis trap thanks to his teammate KenoTM. Following this, Zanther became permanently inactive and KenoTM burned the shulker of legendary heads upon his request. Members of the Order mostly abandoned Hammerfall due to its leaked coordinates, and the region became strictly farm only. To this day, many running and working OTS farms in the region contribute to the Order's industrial might. However, its planned glory was never fully realized. The hulking Hammerwall is only a fifth completed, the Estate Region remains abandoned, and leveled mountains and plains are empty and unused. Hammerfall remains a cautionary tale to its founders, and a sour stain on OTS history as a whole. Not long after this debacle, HippieFlippy would be killed in a portal trap on the 14th of October. Detailed in Hippieflippy's wiki page, Hippie was first accosted by SquirrelMC in the end dimension for the killing of a player. SquirrelMC saw an opportunity, and rather than killing the young player killer, Squirrel allowed Hippie to repent for his crimes via a sentence of penal labor. Hippie worked hard repairing spawn and mining large quantities of deepslate before he was released. With the majority of the Order finding his eagerness to correct his wrongdoings respectable, as well as appreciating his laid back nature, he was inducted into the Order after the events of the longest day. Despite the blow to morale as a result of SquirrelMC's death, the Order was able to greatly expand its influence and control in the spawn region through the efforts of Hippie, as well as new recruits like [[Arius Void]] and [[FatalxEquinox]]. Other new additions to OTS ranks during this time included players [[Spongeclipboard]] and [[Fohila]]. OTS knights would collaborate closely with Pumpkin Cult members, as well as those from the Porto Seguro faction. Over time, HippieFlippy amassed an impressive number of kills on player killers, and remained philanthropic all the while. Following in MikoYey's footsteps, Hippie would give out totems, elytras, and many other resources out of the kindness of his heart. The age of Hippie was the most active the Order had ever been, and allowed it to expand and leverage its impressive manpower and wealth to the fullest. One notable instance was Spalmipede's finding of Stalemuffin's base, a player killer that tormented the server for around 2 weeks. Spalmipede stasis trapped and killed Stalemuffin, as well as forced his teammate to combat log, once again proving Spalmipede's cunning. These successful missions would bolster Order confidence as a whole.

Towards the tail end of the Golden Era, OTS member [[BloodyOrphan]] came to TheCosmicalKing with suggestions regarding the Order's command structure. With Cosmical as its Grand Warden, and Chamberlains below him, authority was often lost due to the bloated nature of the faction. Over the period of 3 days the Order underwent a restructuring, and a more suitable system was found. Elections were held for Grand Knight and Grand Mason, and an Officer Corps was established. The role of Chamberlain was made cosmetic, and most Order members were initially given the rank of knight for simplicity. With a completely restructured ranking and command system, the Order was able to be much more strategic in its operations. The Order’s Officer Corps proved to be an exceptional addition, allowing higher ranking OTS members to assess threats with scrutiny before issuing plans of action to its members. A prime example of this is [[Operation Overkill]], a resounding success for Officer Corps objectives. In the weeks following this strategic victory, the tragic deaths of Hippie, Arius_Void, and FatalxEquinox would strike an end to the Order’s golden era.

=== Limbo and Limited Revival (Twilight Era) ===
Following the deaths of several key figures and subsequent inactivity of others, the Order of the Sanctum’s influence would be vastly diminished. The Order’s private discord would largely become a chatroom for dead members discussing other servers they had moved on to. Thus, for a time the Order persisted in a state of limbo. Its members still visited Spawn Town to assist in efforts for peace, but the faction’s firm grip was no longer a reality. During this time, the Order’s Officer Corps began construction on a new base for only the highest ranking Order members, a base known as Isla Infinita. Isla Infinita, or II, would serve as a proper command center for the Order, as well as an archive for historical artifacts and books. It is the proper brain stem of the Order, and serves the purposes Hammerfall was meant to, albeit on a smaller scale.

During this era, a few members such as [[Salefranguito]] and [[Deruzion]] would join the Order's ranks following the dissolution of Porto Seguro, and the Pumpkin Cult's waning power after DM1600's death, (later revived). A limited resurgence would occur with these additions to the Order, as Sale's peace keeping contributions at spawn would be renowned server-wide. It was also around this time that BloodyOrphan would unveil a large schematic of an Obsidian Star, modeled after The Order's official seal. The star was built of 130,000 obsidian and completed in just 2 days thanks to the efforts of many players. The OTS star is still found at spawn, and remains largely intact despite minor weathering. The quick construction of such a magnificent build gave hope to the Order's members, proving that they could accomplish large feats despite waning power.

Another significant boost to the Order's morale was the success of Operation Rooster. Operation Rooster was made possible by the Knight (now Centurion) Bemf, who received a message from an unknown player saying that they had the coordinates to [[Luquitas Alpha]]'s base. Luquitas Alpha was a notorious player killer, primarily targeting new players but also [[THE PR0CT0R]], a long standing regular of LHC. Grand Warden TheCosmicalKing and knight Salefranguito (who had been hunting Luquitas for months), traveled to the coordinates. Unable to locate the base, Cosmical and Sale searched nearby nether portals and overworld forests. Sale would then receive a message from the informant that the base was located near a tree farm. TheCosmicalKing happened upon said tree farm and within 10 minutes discovered a suspicious patch of powdered snow concealing the ladder to Luquitas's base. Upon descending the ladder, the pair found Luquitas's active stasis chamber. The pair constructed an obsidian box around the pearl, and Salefranguito camped the location for nearly 6 hours, an incredible feat of dedication. Using [[Sherek Berg]]'s connection to Luquitas, Sale was able to coax Luquitas into logging on by claiming that Sherek needed assistance. As soon as Luquitas logged on, Sale triggered his stasis but was unable to deliver a finishing blow (due to TheCosmicalKing's poor obsidian box design). Luquitas escaped the underground base, but Cosmical and Sale pursued in a 10 minute elytra chase that ended dramatically when Luquitas landed to regear and was blown up by Cosmical. This monumental victory significantly boosted confidence and morale within the Order, and with the addition of [[Deerjammer]], a skilled mace pvper, the Order once again was able to leverage its knights to bring authority to the spawn region once more.

=== Decline and New Beginnings (Twilight Era) ===
This period of Order activity was upended when Salefranguito tragically blew himself up using end crystals while trying to kill another player. He did not consider that he was wearing his elytra, and it only took a couple crystals to bypass his totem and end his run. Sale would go down as one of the most effective player killer hunters in LHC history, ending his run with over 50 kills on malicious players. It was around this time that player [[1590283112]] would join LHC and kill both [[TheAcidWitch13]] and [[DM1600]]. While not members of OTS, these two were close with players in the faction, including Deruzion and Deerjammer. The same day, February 9, 2026, Deruzion would commit suicide due to burnout and sorrow at the death of his friends. In an act of revenge, Deerjammer spent the following weeks as a constant threat to 159, harrying him with assaults using turtle master and a mace, draining his totems and armor durability (including fully breaking his armor in one instance). This would come to an end when 159 logged in at the main end island to find Deerjammer standing on the bedrock portal. Since Deerjammer had donned a curse of binding piglin head and was wearing an elytra, 159 was able to sneak up and end her using only a few end crystals.

With these deaths the remainder of the Order's playerbase was primarily composed of the Officer Corps. Since then, the Order has gradually recruited new members, including player killer hunters such as Centurion [[Aluminimium]] as well as multiple skilled builders. OTS continues to uphold its values preserving works of art, lore, and ArtemyTheVorakh's dream of honoring the dead. At the time of writing, OTS holds approximately 3000 heads, over 15% of all dead players. Order Knights and Centurions continue to patrol the spawn region and terminate player killers when possible. Though the faction may not hold the power that it once did, it remains the oldest active faction on Legendary Hardcore. Whether its twilight comes before dawn or before dusk remains to be seen.

== Alliances ==
The Order of The Sanctum's oldest alliance dates back to July when the kingdom of [[Mellenor]] and OTS signed an alliance. On August 23rd, 2025, TheCosmicalKing along with Mikoyey and Hippieflippy would travel to Necropolis, capital of the sprouting Pumpkin Cult, and sign a mutual defense treaty. The same would be done with Porto Seguro, in which Cosmical and [[VeyK]] would together sign an alliance. To this day, the only active factions with which the Order has an official alliance are the [[Legion of Concordia]] and [[The Covetous Uncs]]. [[LazarFish0226]] (the founder of LoC) and Cosmical signed a mutual defense and trade treaty on September 18th, 2025. With the fall of the Pumpkin Cult following the demise of [[DM1600]] and [[TheAcidWitch13]], LoC remains the Order's closest partner. The Legion of Concordia is also the only faction to hold an embassy for the Order on the server, expressing their adjacency and alignment of values.

Marked by the appearance of several griefers right after the death of [[BlueLegionary]], the age of destruction began after the 0, 0 region got lava casted by [[XenoKino]] and further lava casted by an unknown player on April 9th. This happened amid discussions on polls towards the banning of Lava Casts, which resulted in an agreement to disable them. Because of this decision, the 0, 0 lava cast was reverted by the admins.

On April 19th, player [[StarForgeXL]] joined and immediately griefed [[ComplexFrquency]], [[vines420]] and [[FatherCreams]] old base, as well as a nearby desert settlement. He posted a [https://discord.com/channels/1324080813607747584/1336831455212343440/1363183274922611148 message in the Discord server] stating that he would destroy all bases he found. This message contained a few screenshots of him destroying the desert settlement, which ComplexFrquency quickly identified. Complex then decided to immediately look for StarForgeXL, asking the [[Skulk Syndicate]] for help, marking the first collaboration between [[Team Vortex]] and the Skulk Syndicate. They quickly found and killed StarForgeXL in the nearby Savanna biome.

On that same day, the famous trapping of [[SillySelene]] took place, which was a joint collaboration between the Skulk Syndicate, [[noavier]] (who soon after joined the group) and [[Moctezuma0]]. For more info on this event, see [[Skulk Syndicate]].

During the Age of Destruction, player [[Kosmiau]] set up trapped houses near spawn to kill newer players, amassing a death count of at least 11, quickly turning him into the highest kill count player on the server. The trapped houses had no identification, however [[vines420]] put effort into defusing them and investigating the culprit, and soon he determined that it must have been Kosmiau based on the statistics of placed blocks used for the traps, such as Skulk Sensors.

== Backstory ==
Following the death of [[BlueLegionary]], once the symbolic figurehead of the Age of Blood, the server plunged into an era of relentless violence, chaos, and betrayal. This dark chapter—initially fractured into the Age of War, Age of Destruction, and Age of Evil—is now recognized collectively as the Age of Carnage. Named by [[Smartercob]], who began the new era, this period marks a brutal turning point in server history.

== The Collapse Begins ==
In the immediate aftermath of the [[Death of BlueLegionary]], conflict erupted across the server. New players suffered the most as murders surged. During this period, griefers emerged in droves. On April 9th, player [[XenoKino]] lava-casted the 0,0 region, sparking server-wide debates about griefing boundaries. This was followed by a second, larger lava cast from an unknown player. Amid growing community pressure, lava casts were officially banned, and the 0,0 region was restored by server admins.

== The Rise of Destruction ==
On April 19th, the server descended further with the arrival of [[StarForgeXL]], who immediately griefed bases belonging to [[ComplexFrquency]], [[vines420]], and [[FatherCream]]. He publicly declared his intent to destroy all bases, sharing screenshots of his actions. [[ComplexFrquency]], enraged, rallied help from the [[Skulk Syndicate]], forming the first-ever collaboration between [[Team Vortex]] and the [[Skulk Syndicate|Syndicate]]. Together, they tracked and executed [[StarForgeXL]] in a nearby savanna biome.

The same day, a high-profile trap was sprung on [[SillySelene]]. This was a coordinated operation by the [[Skulk Syndicate]], [[noavier]] (who officially joined the group soon after), and [[Moctezuma0]]. This event further cemented the Syndicate’s growing influence.

During this time, [[Kosmiau]] became notorious for setting trapped houses near spawn, leading to at least 11 confirmed player deaths. Investigation led by [[vines420]], who analyzed block statistics (notably Skulk Sensors), identified [[Kosmiau]] as the culprit.

== The Descent into Evil ==
After a brief lull, violence spiked once again on April 26th. Player [[R2aye]] began documenting a series of dramatic deaths:

That same day, [[2344523432]] rigged a TNT trap in the base’s librarian room, allegedly targeting [[USPingLord]]. However, [[R2aye]] triggered the trap and was killed, heightening distrust toward [[2344523432]].

== Regulation and Resistance ==
On April 27th, [[6Dike]] and [[Hqllxween]] confronted noavier near spawn. A tense standoff escalated, ending in Hqllxween’s death. [[Noavier]] later claimed self-defense, citing the threat of Hqllxween’s end crystals. In response to the controversy, [[Moctezuma0]] authored [[The Hqllxween Accords]], a proposed PvP guideline restricting end crystal use. Five players signed the document shortly after.

== Ongoing Violence and Pursuits ==
The chaos escalated on April 28th, when [[2344523432]] ambushed [[PoorGrammar313]] at [[Zanther76]]’s base. PoorGrammar313’s emergency call prompted a second joint response by members of [[Team Vortex]] and [[Skulk Syndicate]] (Specifically [[Smartercob|SmarterCob]] from [[Team Vortex]], [[McSlimy]] from the [[Skulk Syndicate]], and [[mordaken]]), but [[2344523432]] evaded capture. He vowed revenge against [[PoorGrammar313]].

On April 29th, [[2344523432]] killed [[keystrokelogger]] in the End. Hours later, [[USPingLord]] killed [[Niskashaa]], but soon after, the two murderers turned on each other. USPinglord challenged 2344523432 to a duel to fight where their feud all started from. However, when the time of the duel arrived, it was not 2344523432 who was fighting USPingLord, it was noavier. Using an invisibility potion, noavier fought in 2344523432's spot without USPinglord knowing. They fought at Bridgetown, with both surviving. [[USPingLord]] ultimately conceded victory and retreated.

On May 5th, [[2344523432]] killed lagging [[webscape]] while webscape was destroying [[ice castle]], later the same day 2344523432 jumped [[damaskuzzz]] with the mace in the End but failed killing him.

On May 7th, [[2344523432]] and [[Ivcxvv]] dueled without crystals and maces at the spawn, ivcxvv let his guard down during a break and got crystalled.

== Slaughter weeks ==
After some time of peace, a bunch of players joined, they killed 7 people in 7 days, and always had an excuse such as self-defence. One of those players was [[Stamidios]] who played his act untill the end. After being revealed as cold murderer, he kept killing, however unlike [[2344523432]], his friend gruop didn't separate players into those who is allowed to be killed and those who is not.

After the death of [[Hannah|HannahSummers123]] by Stamidios, he was banned for unfair advantage. And everyone he killed was allowed to join back. So his friend [[nightmere_25]] promised to avenge him. After killing 3 newbies he got banned for the same reason.

In 3 weeks they killed about 20 people, most of them are revived.

== Intermission ==
After weeks of violence and death, server finally exhaled, as death by players decreased. But natural deaths was still kicking, so multiple players joined or collaborated with [[The Hive Organisation|The Hive]] to help newbies survive. Even some players that are not associated with this charity organisation helped newbies themselves. All that had an effect, and the amount of players online risen. However that had it own results, violence between newbies increased:

The Age of Evil denotes a period of heightened conflict on the server, commencing on April 26th following a brief interval of peace after the preceding Age of Destruction.

== Initial Conflicts ==
The period began with several player deaths documented by user [[R2aye]]. First, player [[FatherCreams]] killed [[baggsbrozYT]], an event [https://youtu.be/RtZ-XVEls-U captured on video]. Shortly thereafter, player [[Weerwy]] constructed a tall pillar and killed himself, also [https://youtu.be/FE3mgyqLh8Q documented]. Subsequently, FatherCreams was killed by a surprise end crystal attack by player [[2344523432]], [https://youtu.be/ICTzCfDQ-3w also captured on video].

Later that day, player [[USPingLord]] reportedly attempted to kill player [[spartan2185]] at R2aye's base but was unsuccessful. Following this, player 2344523432, who shared r2aye's base, set a TNT trap within the librarian room, allegedly targeting USPingLord. 2344523432 warned R2aye against entering the room without providing specifics. R2aye entered the room, triggered the trap, and died as a result. This incident led to increased suspicion directed towards 2344523432.

== Escalation and The Hqllxween Accords ==
On April 27th, an unknown player followed [[6Dike]] to his base. After [[6Dike]] logged off and returned, he spotted an invisible player lurking nearby. Suspicious, 6Dike attacked the player , using the tab list to check player hearts—revealing it was Noavier, a well-known and skilled combatant.

A confrontation quickly escalated, with 6Dike and Hqllxween facing off against Noavier at the base. The fight, captured on [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7YPPAdbxT0I video], ended in [[Hqllxween]]’s death at [[Noavier|Noavier’s]] hands. [[Noavier]] later claimed their goal wasn’t to kill, but they felt forced to act due to the threat posed by [[Hqllxween|Hqllxween’s]] end crystals, a highly destructive PvP weapon.

These events spurred server-wide discussion regarding the use of end crystals in PvP combat. This marked the second instance of these two player groups collaborating on a manhunt. PoorGrammar313 later logged back into the server safely, while 2344523432 reportedly vowed to kill him.

On April 29th, player [[keystrokelogger]] engaged in combat with 2344523432 in the End dimension, resulting in keystrokelogger's death. Later that day, player [[Niskashaa]] was killed by USPingLord. Despite their player killing aspirations, 2344523432 and USPingLord declared themselves enemies and engaged in combat in the End on the same day. Both players survived the encounter, with USPingLord reportedly conceding victory to 2344523432 while retreating.

This period was marked by relative calm and friendly interactions between players with very few instances of PVP and player killings.

Legendary Hardcore was launched on the 9th of February 2025. Initially players were permitted to use hacked clients, as with [[jake276493]]'s previous server ''The Superflat Experiment''.

On the 20th of February it was announced that the server would be reset and that hacking would be prohibited going forwards.

=== February 2025 ===
Following two days of downtime in preparation for the new launch, the server reopened on the 22nd of February at 8pm GMT (4pm EST). Initially alt accounts were allowed.

The server's first days saw a high player death rate, but this may have been inflated due to players reconnecting on alt accounts. The end was freed just hours after the server opened by [[lukasisgoated]] (aka lukaisback, lukasisgoated, babysarecute, lukasisnotgoated), [[ta7zz]] (aka mr_viski), [[vaccumLorde]] (aka imadiesoon, LUKASISALOSER), with the dragon egg stolen shortly after by [[Yehomere]] during the [[Dragon Egg Conflict]].

The remainder of February was relatively peaceful with most players living independently or in small teams, though interactions in chat were generally good natured and friendly. By the end of February 109 player had connected to the server and 41 players had died.

=== March 2025 ===
Villages and community settlements started to emerge in early March with [[Home Town]] and [[Souez]] the first to be established, as well as [[Spawn Town]]- a community settlement established at the world's origin. Several named factions had also emerged by the middle of March- with [[The Empire]], [[The Kingdom]] and [[The Nomads]] (also known as The Goon Rats) establishing themselves close to spawn and openly recruiting players.

Early March through to the middle of March also saw the first instances of player killings, theft and griefing- though these acts were relatively few and far between.

The point at which The Age of Peace ended and [[The Age of Blood]] began is open to interpretation, though several key factors seem to have brought about the shift in player dynamics. These include a paid advertisement that saw a large and sustained increase in new joins, the death of players such as [[Thridz]], [[Updesh]], [[RoboticRomo_]] and [[Yehomere]] who had attempted to protect and provide opportunities for new players, and griefing of settlements in the Spawn Region which saw some players migrate further out from spawn.

== Founding ==
After a previous Legion base was leaked, [[LazarFish0226]] and his friends<ref>[[Huntress1301]], [[GrizzlyBear654]], [[Stahoven]].</ref> chose to move their operations to an old base owned by [[BloodyOrphan]], a long-time ally. While [[LazarFish0226]] and his friends focused on the technical aspects of the base, [[BloodyOrphan]] and Legion member, [[AppleSnicket]], focused on the aesthetic aspects. Before construction could be completed, both [[LazarFish0226]] and [[GrizzlyBear654]] died in the same night, causing members like [[Stahoven]] to consider quitting the server altogether. Because of this, progression almost completely halted.

Together, they both continued the construction of the Valley with the remaining Legion members that had worked on it previously. When [[Yendore]] died, [[Stahoven]] became permanently inactive and [[Steepboots12]] built a crypt in his honor.

After the original creator's death, Panne-Kit's began being produced by [[Wizard_Snoot]] on behalf of the [[Legion of Concordia]] and has since become the standard form of charity to new players on the server, both from the [[Legion of Concordia]] and other charitable players like [[NuggetFrags]] and [[Not_A_Griefer]].

Although the contents have changed over time, Panne-Kits typically contain the following items:

* [[W starter Guide|W starter guide]], a book written by [[Pannekoek15NL]] for his initial starter kits. Because of the Panne-Kit's popularity, this guide is one of the most widely available player books on the server.
* Enchanted diamond armor and tools, usually with weaker enchantments due to being obtained through villager trades. While the original kits contained a diamond sword, subsequent kits made by [[Wizard_Snoot]] left that tool out.
* Totems of Undying, considered a necessity for long-term survival. Every known Panne-Kit has included 3 totems.
* Ender Pearls, considered a necessity for long-term survival. By providing [[Grame|grames]] with ender pearls, they can create [[Ender Pearl Stasis Chamber|Ender Pearl Stasis Chambers]] much earlier in their playtime, potentially saving their lives.
* Cooked Porkchop, the foodstuff of choice for the Panne-Kit.
* Fire Resistance, crucial for mid-game Nether exploration. The item was introduced to the Panne-Kit by [[Wizard_Snoot]], the original kits did not contain them.
* Map Art. The second known variant of the Panne-Kit includes two pieces of map art.
