Legendary Hardcore was launched on the 9th of February 2025. Initially players were permitted to use hacked clients, as with [[jake276493]]'s previous server [[The Superflat Experiment]].

On the 20th of February it was announced that the server would be reset and that hacking would be prohibited going forwards.

}}'''Canes''' is a chicken restaurant located in [[Spawn Town]]. The restaurant was founded and is primarily maintained by [[hippieflip420]].

== History ==
Canes was built by hippieflip420 on the 14th of August 2025. The restaurant quickly became a popular meeting space for players, as well as a place for new players to obtain food. The restaurant includes indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a drive-through.

On top of this beautiful building, players SquirrelMC and Arklovia carried out an assassination on a player killer known as NerfBurger. NerfBurger murdered an innocent man for "stealing" his diamond block. NerfBurger had no evidence that this player stole his item, but carried out with the kill anyway. NerfBurger stood on top of the roof of Canes as SquirrelMC and Arklovia maced him at the same time, killing him almost instantly. This event occurred on August 15th, 2025.

A small island made out of crafting tables built in early 2025 by XenoKino. It remains one of the longest lasting landmarks in LHC's deadly spawn. Though it has been griefed many times over the year, XenoKeno always maintained it and kept its legacy strong.

'''Team Vortex''' was one of the richest known groups on the server during its time. The group was mostly focused on exploration and farming resources, with one of their achievements being mapping a 9x9 full scale map around their base (6.000 x 6.000 area). They also had a collection of 200+ heads and easy access to most every item in the game, including a stack of Enchanted Golden Apples as well as a stack of tall grass. The full movement of 3 double chests of shulkers from the Vortex stash to the Order of the Sanctum’s stash was completed in late August.

== Foundation ==
Founded by [[ComplexFrquency]] and [[Smartercob]] on April 18th 2025 after Smartercob found ComplexFrquency's base. Smarter was looking for a team, found Complex's base and liked it, and asked to live with him. This marked the start of their friendship. A day before that, players [[spartan2185]] and [[PoorGrammar313]] found his base too, and realized they were neighbors living about one thousand blocks apart. They agreed on not being hostile with each other.

During [[The Age of Carnage]], the team saw more frequent collaborations with PoorGrammar313, and soon him and spartan2185 joined the team. After PoorGrammar was almost killed in [[Zanther76]]'s base by [[2344523432]], the team invited Zanther76 to join, to which he accepted. After some discussion they decided to live together and relocate towards a further place underground for added safety, given the fact that the server had seen increased player kills.

Unfortunately, Smartercob and Complex both died during the months following Vortex’s founding. Both still had substantial contributions to growing team Vortex stash, resources and base construction.

In May 2025 Team Vortex, inspired by their impact on the server, invited Alcred_ and Thowan to join the initiative. Both accepted and have had import contributions to the team.

== End ==
After the disappearance of Spartan2185 and the inactivity of Alcred, PoorGrammar and Zanther decided to strengthen the team by allying with [[The Order Of The Sanctum]] to work on their major project. This continued for weeks until the events of [[The Longest Day]], which saw PoorGrammar killed in a duel and left Zanther and Thowan alone. With PoorGrammar as the last major holdout for Vortex independence, the team was quickly merged with the Order in late August. Although the original members of Team Vortex have plans on other servers, their reign as a powerful force on LHC had ended, leaving only remnants to history.

They also had a collection of 200+ heads and easy access to most every item in the game, including a stack of Enchanted Golden Apples as well as a stack of tall grass. The full movement of 3 double chests of shulkers from the Vortex stash to the Order of the Sanctum’s stash was completed in late August.

== Foundation ==
Founded by [[ComplexFrquency]] and [[Smartercob]] on April 18th 2025 after Smartercob found ComplexFrquency's base. Smarter was looking for a team, found Complex's base and liked it, and asked to live with him. This marked the start of their friendship. A day before that, players [[spartan2185]] and [[PoorGrammar313]] found his base too, and realized they were neighbors living about one thousand blocks apart. They agreed on not being hostile with each other.

During [[The Age of Carnage]], the team saw more frequent collaborations with PoorGrammar313, and soon him and spartan2185 joined the team. After PoorGrammar was almost killed in [[Zanther76]]'s base by [[2344523432]], the team invited Zanther76 to join, to which he accepted. After some discussion they decided to live together and relocate towards a further place underground for added safety, given the fact that the server had seen increased player kills.

Unfortunately, Smartercob and Complex both died during the months following Vortex’s founding. Both still had substantial contributions to growing team Vortex stash, resources and base construction.

In May 2025 Team Vortex, inspired by their impact on the server, invited Alcred_ and Thowan to join the initiative. Both accepted and have had import contributions to the team.

== End ==
After the disappearance of Spartan2185 and the inactivity of Alcred, PoorGrammar and Zanther decided to strengthen the team by allying with [[The Order Of The Sanctum]] to work on their major project. This continued for weeks until the events of [[The Longest Day]], which saw PoorGrammar killed in a duel and left Zanther and Thowan alone. With PoorGrammar as the last major holdout for Vortex independence, the team was quickly merged with the Order in late August. Although the original members of Team Vortex have plans on other servers, their reign as a powerful force on LHC had ended, leaving only remnants to history.

== History ==
Yumeid joined the server on the 8th of July 2025 and spawned in the northeast [[Spawn Region]]. Almost immediately after joining they discovered an abandoned and incomplete base surrounded by a damaged wall. Yumeid spent the following days fixing the wall and beginning work on what would eventually become [[Dreamland Foundation#Dreamland Castle|Dreamland Castle]].

Initially Yumeid built a hut and a small wheat farm within the repaired walls. Due to Dreamland Castle's proximity to [[Spawn Town]], Yumeid encountered various visitors during construction. On the 12th of July 2025, [[SquirrelMC]] visited Dreamland Castle and gifted Yumeid diamond armour. However, not all visitors had good intentions and Dreamland was robbed and suffered minor griefing multiple times through July- prompting Yumeid to begin work on a secret base under Dreamland Castle for storage of valuables. On the 22nd of July 2025, [[gocu_calvus]] joined the server and began helping Yumeid with construction on Dreamland Castle. The pair would go on to form the Dreamland Foundation at the end of July 2025 with the intention of helping new players.

Through July, Yumeid remained almost exclusively within close proximity of Dreamland Castle. On the 30th of July 2025, both yumeid and gocu_calvus were each gifted an elytra by [[Noavier]] allowing them to travel further out and explore the [[Spawn Region]]. In early August 2025 they travelled as far as [[Bridgetown]] to make use of a raid farm. Throughout the final few weeks of their time on the server, Yumeid often donated player heads to SquirrelMC for the Order of the Sanctum’s cemetery. Their kindness was always appreciated by everyone.

On the 8th of August 2025, gocu_calvus was killed by a trapped Nether portal created by [[Shadowjumper2]]. With the death of their friend and major damage to Dreamland Castle, yumeid killed themselves by removing their armour and flying in to the ground at speed with an elytra. yumeid and gocu_calvus were mourned by many players who met them and were helped by their generosity.

1x1stoney joined the server with the username stoneface1x1 on the 9th of July 2025. Little is known about their early history, despite being relatively active in chat. On the 23rd of July 2025, 1x1stoney travelled to [[Spawn Town]] to donate a player head to the [[The Order Of The Sanctum|Order of the Sanctum]]. In late July 2025, 1x1stoney became a resident of [[Bridgetown]] and helped in construction efforts.

On the 27th of July 2025, 1x1stoney began repairing the eastern ice highway that had originally been constructed by [[r2aye]] in April 2025. While working on repairs, 1x1stoney encountered [[Noavier]] who gifted them resources and helped them complete the 'Two Birds, One Arrow' advancement to disable Phantoms. In return, they gave Noavier a copy of a book signed by [[VampireSquid]].

By early August 2025, 1x1stoney had established a reputation for helping and gifting resources to new players. On the 2nd of August 2025, 1x1stoney was trapped and slain by [[_rashii]] in [[Spawn Town]], but their death was later reversed when it was discovered that _rashii had been cheating.

After their revival, 1x1stoney began work on several projects around the Spawn Region. Following a discussion with [[MikoYey]] where they learnt about charity towers that had existed in the past, 1x1stoney began work on eight stone towers around the Spawn Region. Each of the towers contained food, shields and armour and carrot farms were located nearby. Each of the towers were designed to give new players a place to sleep and shelter during the night.

In the days before their death, 1x1stoney expanded the north and south ice highways, as well as building the northeast, northwest, and southeast ice highways. The diagonal ice highways utilised a water buffer to prevent boats becoming stuck in the corner of blocks.

While continuing work on the southeast ice highway, 1x1stoney was killed on the 8th of August 2025 when they fell victim to an ice boat highway TNT mine cart trap built by [[Shadowjumper2]]. Many players were shocked at their death, especially occurring so soon after being revived. 1x1stoney's spawn towers and highways have survived long after their death, and are still frequently used by new players. Her head was recovered by SquirrelMC, who brought it back to the Order of the Sanctum. The head lays peacefully in their hands.
